====== Password for Webinterface forgotten  ======

One of my customers forgot the password for LoxBerry's webinterface... Access via SSH/ROOT is still working. How can I reset the password for LoxBerry's webinterface?

====== Solution ======

As long as you have access via SSH, you can reset the password easily. Username and Password for the webinterface are stored in ''%%/opt/loxberry/config/system/htusers.dat %%''

To reset Username and Password to the default settings, [[haufig_gestellte_fragen_faq:eine_sshverbindung_mit_putty_aufbauen_shellzugriff|please login via SSH/Putty]] and delete the ''%%htusers.dat%%'' file. After that a reboot is needed.

After a reboot the file will be restored to the default settings automatically. Username and Password are set to "loxberry".
